BREIN (Dutch copyright protection organization) also stated that they don't give a shit if you download even though it is illegal, they only care about hosters/distributers. EDIT: Ok so what I have gotten from the comments is that it is illegal but nobody gives a shit, unless you upload a ton of illegal torrents.
